Foodino is an application designed to help users manage groceries, track household food inventory, scan receipts, and generate recipe suggestions based on available ingredients.

Certain features may use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to analyze images or generate suggestions.

The App is provided for personal and non-commercial use.

We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future. 

2. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account.

Users are responsible for:

Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

AI-generated results are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete.

Users should verify important information independently.

• attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service

• interfere with other users' access to the App

• misuse AI features or attempt to exploit system behavior

The Premium plan includes unlimited scans and recipe generation for normal personal use. To protect the service from abuse, automated usage or extremely high request volumes may be temporarily limited. 

5. User Content

Users may provide content such as:

• feedback or support messages
  
  

Users retain ownership of the content they provide.

By submitting content through the App, users grant the App permission to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested functionality.

Users may delete their account directly within the App.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
